Prices and Taxes

All prices on ShopCubi are in AED, which refers to United Arab Emirates Dirhams.  We do our best to keep our prices clear and fair, but they may change without warning from time to time.

  • We can cancel or change orders that were placed at the wrong price if there is a mistake in the price.  If this happens, we will let you know and give you options.  You can either agree to the new prices or ask for a full refund.

  • We want our prices to be fair, easy to understand, and in line with how things are done in the UAE.

Placing Orders

When you order from ShopCubi, you will receive an automatic email or message. It will summarize what you ordered. This does not mean that we accept the order; it just means that we got it.

Once we process and send out the things, we accept the order. We can say no to or cancel an order if:

  • The product is not available or is out of stock.
