Return Policy

Sometimes, a product doesn't meet your expectations. It might look different when it arrives, have a flaw, or be the wrong size. We want you to be able to have a clear and fair way to return the product if that should occur.

If there's a problem with your order, let our support team know within seven days of receiving it. Please give us your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process. It is all about making the process easy and clear throughout.

Here’s what generally applies when returning products:

  • You must keep it unused, in the original packet, and ship it the same way you received it.

  • You must include all manuals, labels, and accessories.

  • Refunds are usually accepted within seven days of receiving the product.

  • Once we receive and check the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.

  • We will keep you informed at each step so that you are always aware of what is happening.

Note that some products can’t be returned because of their health, safety, or customization conditions, including:

  • Perishables or time-sensitive items.

  • Personal hygiene or personal care products

  • Tailor-made products or made-to-order goods.
